How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after that. Some items ship from our US warehouse and often arrive sooner. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we only ship within the United States.

Where is my order?

Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link. If you can't find it or your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, email us and we'll look into it right away.

What if my item arrives damaged or isn't right?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering.

How do I use the Sleep Headphones Mask?

Charge it with the included USB cable, turn it on, and pair it with your phone via Bluetooth. Then play your favorite sleep music, meditation or white noise.
