Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Calm Nest order. If something isn't right, contact us at mkarki2007@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days or shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund you in full.

Changed your mind?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first to get return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
